The Department of Kinesiology and Health, University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, seeks applicants for a tenure-track, Assistant Professor beginning Fall 2008. The successful candidate will have public school teaching experience (Special Education, Adapted Physical Education, Physical Education) and potential for establishing a record of professional and scholarly activity. A doctorate is required. The primary areas of teaching responsibility will be undergraduate/graduate adapted physical education teacher preparation courses within a nationally accredited program. Additional teaching responsibilities may include teaching within the physical education major. Advising students, committee membership, and contributing to the profession through published research and other scholarly activity are expected.
